We have been married since July 1, 1994, and have two adult children. Their story starts with meeting in college and dating for a couple of years before marriage. Marriage ministry became an interest during their pre-marital class. The class taught them concepts from the Bible that they were not aware of, like the true meaning of the “head of the household” and how to treat one another as “one flesh”. During the early years of their marriage they were exposed to marriage retreats from their attended local church, they learned more about themselves and how to improve their marriage. Both had an enjoyable time and learned a great deal. 4R Marriage Retreats are to rejuvenate marriages. The goal is to continue providing couples the opportunity to refresh, renew, restore and replicate the love of Christ in marriage.
